The students will work in larger thematic groups and in small response groups. You may not register yourself for a thesis course, as a section is specially created with your thesis director.
The student shall acquire written and oral skills in order to have a dialogue with the research community, provide a critical assessment- analysis- presentation- and discussion of the theory of current educational issues.
The requirement must be fulfilled to be admitted to the course. It will be primarily your responsibility to manage the pace of your project and to communicate with your thesis director about its direction and challenges.
Two semesters of thesis course enrollment are required for College Honors.
Compulsory activities from previous semester may be approved by the department. The theme of the bachelor thesis is chosen from a list that represents some of the key educational challenges.
Request enrollment in HNRS via an email to the Upper Division adviser, and request enrollment in department thesis courses through that department. Learning methods and activities The main form of teaching activity is seminars. Learning outcome After passing the course, students will have the following learning outcomes: - Can independently write a scientific text in Education.
Guidance is given in theme groups, and each thesis has three hours of individual instruction. There will also be conducted a course in academic writing.
